After receiving no response from the web based realtors listed for the property we were interested in, I did some research of other realtors and contacted Tom Edwards. He responded immediately to my request for help and continued contact with me about the property listed. Our hours were very different with us being in Missouri and 5 hours ahead of Hawaiian time. Tom made every effort to keep me informed as he arranged a meeting with us and the seller. He met us at the seller property and walked with us as we inspected the property, explaining things as we went. He negotiated our terms and made the final purchase for us. Afterwards he continued to connect with me and my wife as we made this huge move from the mainland to HI. He and his lovely wife Myriam were welcoming and have remained in contact with us as we transition to the big Isle.
